Order Processing

Orders are processed in 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri).
During high-volume drops, processing times may run slightly longer. We’ll always do our best to move fast.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking information is sent once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Address Accuracy

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your package is transferred to the carrier, it is their responsibility.

  • If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos.

  • If your package is lost or marked delivered but missing, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
