At Built Not Bought, we work hard to get your gear out fast. Every order is handled and packed with care.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in 2–4 business days, Monday through Friday. During high-volume drops, processing times may run slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Tracking information is sent once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

• Standard U.S.: estimated 3–7 business days.
• Expedited U.S.: estimated 2–3 business days.
• International: estimated 7–21 business days. Customs may delay delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. For lost or missing packages, contact us and the carrier so the shipment can be investigated.
