At Built Not Bought, we work hard to get your gear out fast. Every order is handled and packed with

care — no shortcuts.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed in 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri). During high-volume drops, processing times

may run slightly longer.

Shipping Methods:

Standard (US): 3–7 Business Days

Expedited (US): 2–3 Business Days

International: 7–21 Business Days (Customs may delay delivery)

Tracking:

Tracking information is sent once your order ships.

Address Accuracy:

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Customer covers reshipping if the address was

incorrect.

Lost / Stolen / Damaged:

Once transferred to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility. Damaged items? Contact within 7 days

with photos.
